How long have Courtside Hospitality been operating?

Courtside Hospitality Limited have been operating since 2018. However, we have over five years of personal experience organising and attending tennis trips all over the world for friends and family. We are unique in that we offer tailor-made experiences and provide a knowledgeable and passionate service.

How do I book onto an Experience?

Once you have decided to book onto an experience with us or you are interested to know more, please use our Booking Enquiry Form or Contact Us. If you wish to commit to an experience, we shall take a 20% non-refundable deposit, unless it is within 90 days of the experience, in which case we will need to take the balance in full to secure your booking. Please book early, as we have limited availability due to the difficulty in obtaining tennis tickets.

Can I extend or shorten the length of an Experience?

Yes, our tailor-made service allows complete flexibility. The majority of our experiences are between three and five nights, so please do get in touch with us for any changes you would like to request on an experience. Do you offer experiences for tennis events that are not featured on the website?

Yes we do. Please get in touch with us, as we can organise an experience at a tennis event of your choice. Also, please refer to our Bespoke Service.

What is your tailor-made experience?

We offer a completely customisable option for you if you wish. We can offer:

  • Additional hotel nights
  • Attraction tickets (e.g. London Zoo)
  • Spa treatments (e.g. full bidy massage)
  • Cruises
  • Additional tennis tickets
  • Alternative tennis events
  • Destination excursions (e.g. Ayers Rock in Australia)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards – VISA, MasterCard and American Express or via bank transfer.

What is the payment schedule for Experiences?

We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% at the time of booking. However, if booking with less than 90 days until the departure of an Experience, the entire balance will be due at the time of booking.

What happens if it rains and there is no play?

Tickets are non-refundable, even if it rains. We recommend that you purchase experiences at events where there is a roof in place and guaranteed match play, such as the Australian Open, Wimbledon, US Open, Basel Swiss Indoors and the ATP Finals.

How and when do we receive event documentation?

We shall post your experience pack out at least two weeks prior to your departure date. If you have not received anything from us before 10 days before departure, please contact us immediately.

What is your cancellation policy?

Experiences are cancellable subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are strictly non-refundable. Please see our terms & conditions for more details. We recommend that you take out travel insurance as soon as you book an experience with us.
